Angel Dance Company is one of the longest-standing Chinese youth performance groups in the Greater Boston Area. Our company members are dedicated to sharing the rich culture of Chinese dance as well as other modern and Western styles. This community provides Chinese-American youth with a platform to strengthen their connections with their cultural heritage, forging a deeper understanding and appreciation for the traditional and modern arts of China. Members are selected by audition starting as early as age 8 and commit to continue their dance training at a higher level through classes and performances.
Angel Dance Company encourages its members to carry their strong work ethic from the studio to all areas of their life. Through benefit performances, teaching opportunities, fundraising and community events, we provide our students with opportunities to give back to their community. Our members have collectively won hundreds of dance awards, uphold great academic standing, and many are awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award each year. Our dancers are well-rounded, intelligent, artistic, talented, compassionate individuals and are standout students in their communities.
Angel Dance Company (ADC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that offers numerous ways for corporations and philanthropic foundations to exercise their social responsibilities and to help support the artistic enrichment of our students and that which we share with our community through performances, benefits and workshops. We very much appreciate volunteered time, individual, and corporate donations. ADC is available to perform for companies or charitable events.
